Cancellations & Refunds       (2) COVID-19 Virus

Cancelations & Refunds

15 or more days prior to Seminar Start Date
"Seminar cancellations" received 15 days or more prior to the Seminar starting date are eligible for a refund of 100% of the Seminar Fee paid minus $75.00 to cover non-refundable charges.

14 to 8 days prior to Seminar Start Date
"Seminar cancellations" received during the 14 to 8 day period prior to the starting Seminar date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the Seminar Fee paid.

7 days prior to Seminar Start Date
"Seminar cancellations" received 7 days or less prior to the Seminar starting date, or "No Shows" for any portion of the Seminar, are not eligible for any refund.

(Note: Cancellations of any type will not include any Seminar materials not already received at the time of the "cancellation" or "no show".)

Cancelation by Hosts
In the event that the Seminar must be cancelled at any time prior to or during the Seminar, by the host hotel or Practical Vet Med, and a replacement same date, same area location can not be found in time for a same date(s) Seminar, the portion of the Seminar Fee corresponding to the cancelled time will be refunded. (Note: If the Seminar was not already in progress Seminar materials will not be forwarded to Attendees. If the Seminar was in progress the balance of the Seminar materials for the day(s) of cancellation will be forwarded to the Attendees.) However, a replacement future date and possible replacement location may be set, in which case Attendees may elect not to receive a refund and therefore have their paid Seminar Fee applied to the new Seminar date and location and original date materials.

Acts of God Cancelations
If weather conditions or other acts of God prevent transportation into to the area of the host hotel location or use of the location on the Seminar date(s), 100% of the Seminar Fee will be refunded. However, a replacement future date and possible replacement location may be set, in which case Attendees may elect not to receive a refund and therefore have their paid Seminar Fee applied to the new Seminar date and location, or to any PVM seminar available within the next 12 months. If the Attendee wishes to carry their paid fee into another 12 month period a $75.00 fee would apply.
